Ron founded the firm on October 1, 1976.  Ron's professional background included 6 years with a large regional firm and an international accounting firm.  Ron's philosophy is The Golden Rule; we want to do for our clients what we would want them to do for us in providing services.  Ron's client base has a concentration in manufacturing and service areas.  He has a high concentration of machine shops, which ties back to his four years of machine shop experience at Timken Roller Bearing Company.  Ron and his wife Daphne live in Silver Lake and have a son, Ronald II.  

Don began his career with Midcap & Company February 1984 and became a partner on January 1, 1991.  Don graduated from the University of Akron in December 1983.  Don's client base covers a wide variety of industries with a special concentration in non-profit and pension services.  Don lives in Stow with his wife Jewell and their two daughters, Sarah and Rebecca.

Mark began his career at Midcap & Company as a Manager in 1997 and became a partner with the firm in 1998. Prior to joining the firm he had his own practice for seven years in the Akron area. Mark's clients are entrepreneurs who own small, closely held businesses that are experiencing new growth and opportunities in their respective industries. He attained his Series 6 license in 1999 and looks forward to helping his clients with their wealthcare needs. Mark resides in Manchester along with his wife Gina and sons Mark and Matthew.

Jackie joined our team in September 1998 and resides in West Akron with her husband Dan and daughter Cassie. Along with her general accounting and tax skills, Jackie serves as our expert in state and sales tax issues. She attained her Series 7 license in 2001 to help our clients with their financial services needs.
 

Mike arrived at Midcap & Company in January 1999. He is a CPA with over 15 years of experience in industry and public accounting. Mike serves as a Team Leader at our firm, heading up engagements and supervising the team members. Mike resides in Brimfield with his wife, Jamie, and his two children, Marshall and Jessica.
 

Carla has been an important member of Midcap & Company since she became our Administrative Assistant in 1988. She is in charge of all of the financial and tax compliance deadlines and the necessary processing of the required statements and forms. Carla and her husband Tim reside in Akron with their four children, Chad, Cathy, Clayton, and Colton.
 

Cindy has worked a total of four years with Midcap & Company during two different stints of service. She provides our team with excellent bookkeeper skills and is very valuable providing payroll services for our clients. Cindy lives in Akron with her husband Bob and daughters Michelle and Nikki.
 

Mary Ann has been with Midcap & Company almost from its beginning. Starting in 1979, Mary Ann has been invaluable to the firm as an accountant and office manager. Her considerable skills and work ethic are an essential ingredient helping our clients and our firm maintain their success. Mary Ann and husband Chuck live in Uniontown and have a daughter, Cindy.
 

Lisa joined the Midcap team joining us in October 2000. She has seventeen years of public accounting experience, including fifteen years of tax preparation and twelve years of providing audit services. Lisa's strong background dealing with small business owners makes her a valuable addition to the firm. Lisa and her husband Bill live in Copley with daughters Emma and Allison.
 

Erin is the newest memeber of the Midcap team joining the firm in November 2005 as our receptionist. Erin also lends assistance with processing financial and tax information for the clients. Erin resides in Akron with her children Alicia and Austin.
